Well I don't think I want to bot it, I want to actively try to avoid the dips by hiding in Rylinkses.

Well right

Now, the game has no memory. What Retrophin will do on the next closing has zero to do with what it did last closing. That means there is zero way to predict the dips. Also, while I haven't read all the event cards and don't know their distribution, they don't seem to mention Retrophin very much -- I think we've all noticed that. (A lot of cards seem to mention WeWork!)

So then if we say we don't want to be all in on Retrophin all the time, and we want to game it, we can't game it based on whether it just rose or fell in and of itself. But we can game it based on where it is now

Are the cards shuffled every round? Or does the game have a tiny bit of memory there

I'm not sure what you mean about gaming it based on where it is now. Are some of the changes fixed numbers, rather than percentages? Or something else

The cards are only shuffled as the game begins. There are 36 of them

The changes are fixed numbers only, so neither current position nor previous performance affects the die roll and what might happen

What I mean when I say "We can game it based on where it is now" is that we can develop general principles, for example perhaps buying Bernie Madoff at 100 is bad hypothetically
