Why does ᛋᚻᛖᛚᛚ ᛋᛈᛁᚱᛁᛏᛋ have a once-per turn limitation? Let people do their janky three-card combos!
I have a number of questions about Trusted Steed. If a Glory Seeker (white 2/2) rides the steed, it's a 4/4. What if Crusade then gets played? Is it a 5/5 or a 6/6? What about if Crusade is played first, and the 3/3 Glory Seeker rides the 3/3 Steed?
Royal Architect should maybe start at level 0, like the real level-up creatures? Also, am I correct in assuming that it can't use its earlier abilities at higher levels?
Rathi Excavator seems unreasonably strong. Make him a 2/1?
Penal Mines' optimal play pattern seems kinda fiddly and annoying for relatively little effect. Not sure it's as bad as e.g. the old lands with the counters were, but fiddliness is Very Bad.
Expel Evil seems outrageously strong
