oh hells that would be rad, we were vaguely antagonistic back in the day, & then daar was one of the few folk I facebooked when that was still safe - it would be nice to save face & say thanks for being a friend all the years.
I am so ready to explode a road trip, but the fuckin' boarders flickering is shite
as soon as my brave is bigger than my caution, I will pester you for your IRL

After a long period of denial, I have finally admitted to myself that my actual inseam measurement is 28, not 29. However instead of improving my life by being able to purchase jeans that fit properly, I'm now just angry because apparently stores don't carry 28s. 29 is kind of just the minimum. I was thinking maybe it was just a brick and mortar thing but nope, even the online stores bottom out at 29.
Fuck guys, I'm not that short, there are plenty of dudes shorter than me. Do they all just get their jeans hemmed or what?

Re: this thread is for posting in
yes
yes we do
yes we do
Re: this thread is for posting in
I just wear shorts every day, you should do that
Re: this thread is for posting in
i get the matriarchs in my family to do it
Re: this thread is for posting in
It is actually the pandemic that has forced this update. Over the cold months I wore jeans every day around the house and now every single pair I own has the "heel" part destroyed from treading on it. This would probably not have happened if they were sized correctly.
Re: this thread is for posting in
On the bright side, my clearance rack game will be improved because I can buy whatever the fuck length, I have to hem it anyway.

Re: this thread is for posting in
i have heard they are comfy and easy to wear
Re: this thread is for posting in
You might be on to something, I could just roll them in the house when there's nobody to see me looking like a hipster. None of this is a problem when shoes are involved.
Re: this thread is for posting in
roll them up a little? I keep my jeans permanently rolledpterrus wrote: ↑Mon Jun 07, 2021 7:02 pmIt is actually the pandemic that has forced this update. u gotta skate
Re: this thread is for posting in
because you (literally [you]) are a giant hipster
Re: this thread is for posting in
I guess but I'm still hung up on why I should have to. I am in the 23rd percentile for height (I was actually surprised it was that low, maybe I hang around too many Italians and Asians). Still, you're telling me almost a quarter of men get their pants hemmed all the time? That seems like a weird market failure.Crunchums wrote: ↑Mon Jun 07, 2021 7:39 pmroll them up a little? Or shop at specialty online stores or roll their pants all the time or just step on their pants like I did or only wear shorts ever or
Okay that's a lot of ors I guess.
