Well when talking strictly about the chord it outlines, I'd call it an 11th, because I've only seen 4 used in chords for sus4, but the 3rd is present here. Generally to me it seems the requirement for bringing out all the big-number jazz notation is the 7th being present, as that then implies any notes are coming "after" that, and I think that holds true regardless of the inversion in which the chord is played? If so, it satisfies that requirement too.
you'd say "add4" instead of "sus4" if the 3rd is still present, right. like "Em7add4". but yeah in this case it's a melodic line not a chord so you wouldn't actually do this
if you say e.g. C11 that means a C major triad and also a 7th, 9th, and 11th. if you say Cadd11 it's just the 11th on top of the triad.
the thing that makes an 11th an 11th and not a 4th is that it's in the next octave up

the biggest advantage to building your own is you can improve the design of the stick in ways that you want and nobody else seems to want
like the standard layout is much too close together and cramped for me. it's like it was designed for children with small hands and narrow shoulders to use! i put the stick several inches farther from the buttons so my arms are closer to a neutral straight-forward position while playing. this rules

I seriously, seriously suspect you are wrong about this but the music theory I did as a kid didn't even touch as interesting things as chords, and most of what I've picked up now has been from watching 8-bit Music Theory on YouTube, so I can't say that with any authority!

people don't really seem to quite agree either which way
Some people say here you only need "add" if you don't have the 7, and so even without a 9th it should still be called a pure 11th chord. Some here do say that the order of the notes (i.e. whether it's up an octave or not) does matter, others don't.
Well, let's not become the people who fight in YouTube comments about nomenclature

also we fixed the audio bug where surround sends most voice audio to deep space, by telling the Switch to use stereo instead

I dig her vibe
I feel like I might be a little bit over SF6's gritty back-to-the-streets aesthetic. But Juri is still top 2 of the character designs I've seen in it

I wanted to like Into the Breach but I bounced off it pretty hard. I think I finished a couple runs and had no motivation to continue. The puzzles didn't seem like much fun, I'm not sure exactly why.

same, but I just generally thought it was a strategy game and turned out to be a puzzle game, so was disappointed. same problem with druidstone. compared to say, urtuk which I think is more strategy and less puzzle

i think into the breach feels like a puzzle game, but is actually a strategy game. "puzzle" is one of those genres like "rpg" where if you use a broad enough definition practically all games are puzzle games.
i think in many ways it is very similar to slay the spire wrt to the "puzzle or other genre" distinction. i think most people would say slay the spire is not a "puzzle game." into the breachs boards just happen to look more like traditional puzzles.
