i don't think so. valks do see play in TvZ, but it doesn't make sense for the game to reach that point. I'm not sure where the threshold is for where you start to have issues, but if it's possible with only 2 players then maybe it's happened in a TvT? since mass wraith/valk mirrors can be a thing there

dunno if they fixed it in remastered - looks like no? https://liquipedia.net/starcraft/Valkyrie
In an early build of Patch 1.18, this mechanic was rectified and Valkyries were able to attack normally in all situations. This change was rolled back without comment before the official release of 1.18, and the bug persists to this day.[1]

haha yeah I heard that it was fixed, but then people saying it didn't seem like it was.
Didn't realise they'd deliberately rolled something back

I'm watching it all! I even got into following the SC2 proscene, though it's not as good.

live? if it's at like 3am or whatever, definitely not. not live... is there a way to sync up the video we're watching?
(also, depends on the finals matchup itself)

once in college i stayed up to watch an MSL live with other people. Flash vs Jaedong! so of course it was the one that got ruined by technical difficulties ( https://liquipedia.net/starcraft/2009-2010_NATE_MSL )

In the round of 32, Guemchi and Bogus shocked fans by knocking out Bisu and sAviOr in their group.

Also the salt surrounding the power outage was kinda fun if nothing else. I've forgotten what side I even felt aligned to at the time, though.

it was terrible! it was in the middle of an epic game between two all-time greats, and it ruined both that game and the entire series. having stayed up for it was insult to injury

as far as i know it's only us 2 + crunchums and hoshi (aka starprintsky)

i think a 2v2 could be fun, assuming we're all equally terrible

The last thread of my childhood has been snipped off, and the final strand is slowly falling and flailing toward a brutally burning flame. What do adults watch these days for professional pvp action, real housewives? Help
AfreecaTV announced no more English-language casts of the premiere Brood War tournament, ASL
