You don't need the Phage clause there, they would still be casting her from their hand (even if it's for free), so Phage wouldn't get mad at them.

glorious end is the fastest one-card way I can think of to kill with this, followed by leveller and pacts that they can't pay for

seems strong imo

i like this but instant speed doesn't really work well for this (in blue.) maybe just 2 counters at sorcery speed?

The idea is you combine it with other buffs and keep the creature longer. If you put two buffs on it I think it needs to be costed higher?

Oh I just realized I read the buff reminder text wrong, I thought it removed one buff total from all your stuff.

i mean your card still works fine if your intention was to combo it with other buffs

you remove one buff from each permanent you control, not one of each buff
